what you'll never hear me say

Many pole dancers train flexibility because they want more than just range of motion...

They’re hoping stretching will change how they move.

They see people whose pole work looks
limber and precise, and say,

I want that. I really should stretch more".

But I'll be real with you @Reader-

I have never, ever met someone who moves with incredible continuity who says the #1 thing that made them great was…

stretching.

Isolated flexibility drills are about range of motion.

They’re about training your nervous system to allow you more overall movement with (hopefully) more control.

But you can lunge, split, and stretch for years and still feel stiff and stuck the second you try to dance.

To move with awareness—to skillfully weave your range into the way you pole—you have to train your body-mind differently than you do in a stretch class.

There is a gap — a
big one —between “doing exercises” and “damn, that flow is unreal.”

That gap fascinates me—the space between exercise and embodied art.

I lovelovelove guiding people into practices that shift them into a dancer’s way of thinking, no matter where they start.

That’s precisely what we’ll do inside Radiant Range.

Radiant Range

🌀 Radiant Range is a 2-hour pole-based mobility immersion.

Everything we do will utilize the pole, so you leave RIPE with creative ideas for strategic body prep that shows up in your flow.

You’ve stretched before. You’ve done mobility drills.

But you probably haven’t used the pole like this.

Come build range that’s radiant.

If you are on this list, you know someone who loves to smear themselves on the ground (hi.)This goes beyond being willing to lie on the floor.I'm talking bona fide enjoyment. 🥯 Ask a floor lover why they behave like a cream cheese being spread on a bagel. They might tell you, "It feels good."But how come sliding on the floor is such a yum for some? 🔥 1. Vibration pleasure→ Feel it: Place your fingertips or nails on something right beside you.
